Integrated model of trust in project teams

The aim of the project is to establish an international research team and to develop study concerning trust in project teams. The applicant main scientific expertise is trust, while the host researcher is highly competent at project management. It is appe aling to built an integrated model of trust in project teams as trust is believed to be a critical element for team processes. Moreover, project teams are more and more used within organizations both in a collected and in a virtual form. A part of the pro ject will be carried out in Norway in face to face discussions which will lead to establishment of study that will be continue after the applicant arrival to the home institution in collaboration with the host institution in Norway.
