International Conference on Nanomaterials for Frontier Applications and Indo-Norwegian Workshop on Advanced Materials for solar cells

Bergen University College (HiB), Norway and Coimbatore Institute of Technology (CIT), India jointly arrange in collaboration with University of Bergen, The Michelsen Centre for Industrial Measurement Science and Technology, Institute of Energy Technology and University of Oslo an International Conference on Nanomaterials for Frontier Applications and a Indo-Norwegian workshop on Advanced Materials for solar cell applications from 10th to 12th of July 2013 in Coimbatore, India. International Conference on Nanomaterials for Frontier Applications will have distinguished speakers from around the world who will throw light on a wide range of topics of contemporary importance in science, engineering and technology of nanomaterials. The workshop on advanced materials for solar cell applications will provide a forum for exchange of technical and scientific information between international researchers in the field of materials for solar cell applications. Workshop will introduce the issues of solar energy con version and the grand challenges in materials design to achieve high solar power conversion efficiency and practicality. The conference and the workshop will provide an arena to present the current nanomaterials research activities in Norway to the rese arch community. These events will strengthen the existing research networks and will also promote new contacts and networks. The Norwegian Research council will be invited to present the NANO2021 program at the conference. All the papers submitted to the conference will go through a review process by the technical committee of the conference. The selected papers will be disseminated as oral or poster presentations and will be published in the conference proceedings. Best research papers are planned to be published in a relevant international journal. A final report on the events will be submitted to NFR and the collaborating institutions.
