SPHERE - Smart Healthcare Support System for Mobile Platforms

The primary objective of the SPHERE project is to deliver a technical framework, suitable for use in the development of smart self-management solutions for chronically ill patients. SPHERE shall substantially reduce the reliance on healthcare professiona ls by patients that use self-management solutions. SPHERE will deliver a self-management solution for COPD patients (KOLS), and open source modules, that will be made available to developers of similar systems for other target groups.
