The long-term goal of creating long lasting content in BigData depends upon this, and a key element is the mobility of personnel. Finding and integrating state-of-the-art in international collaboration between research institutions and industry is essential to excel. The NODE industry is committed to research in collaboration with national and international academic institutions, for pre-competitive, long-term research that shall ensure global technology leadership, and prepare the partners for the next generations of offshore platforms and operations. This project will thus also contribute significantly to the goals of OG21 "Oil and Gas in the 21st Century".
