The overall objective of the project is to verify the commercial feasibility of our market disruptive KEEN Quality Keeper (KEEN) prototype that unify and document organisations compliance management, safety training and eLearning. KEEN is a cloud based software, subject to integration with current HR-systems, currently targeted at health care institutions employing certified professionals. The software is combining documentation of core security related competences, training activities and professional capacities with external e-learning modules. Current available solutions are 'silo systems', not accessible and not user-friendly. KEEN will allow e.g. health care institutions to validate up-to-date information regarding certificates and staff participation in safety drills into one system. I.e. certificates for fire drill participation or first aid courses will be available online, and management can therefore confirm that any shift includes the required competent members of staff in case of evacuation related to a fire. This will enable efficient follow-ups of training and drills targeting staff which could otherwise be neglected or postponed. Further, KEEN, enables management to validate real time capacities of the staff available, ensuring a better continuous team schedule and improved staff resilience. In the feasibility study, we will conduct a range of market-oriented activities, including a detailed market analysis, competitor and cost analysis, marketing planning, and an analysis of revenue streams and investigate a range of pricing models for our product. We will also conduct a detailed stakeholder analysis and close agreements with appropriate piloting partners for our market maturation activities as well as surveying and ensuring full compliance with relevant standards and regulations. We will also update our current freedom-to-operate analysis and IPR strategy.
