PRODUKTO will capitalize on the existing intra-factory knowledge, the interaction with customers, and the embedded personalization framework for the autonomous reasoning of multitasking assembly plans through tight human-robot collaboration, incorporating advanced safety mechanisms. The operational properties of the proposed flexible manufacturing ecosystem and overall solution will be validated and evaluated against performance, effectiveness and usability indicators. Enterprises participating in the project?s pilots will deploy and evaluate the solution at business as usual and emergency situations across various business operations. Use cases will be supported by different architectures, which will be classified according to the operation mode. Objectives 1. To provide a novel prototyping module in order to support the fast reconfiguration and re-use of personalised products and their components 2. To propose new cognitive learning toolkit allowing for a fast manufacturing, assembly and configuration of complex personalised products 3. To design an integrated product personalization toolkit in order to cover the demanding, special and individual customer needs. 4. To develop an innovative methods and technologies for personalised products updatability, disassembly for reuse and end of life management of the products as well as their different components 5. To implement an interactive product interface between the product ?in use? and the shop floor for the enhancement of assembly, configuration, disassembly and reconfiguration services along the whole consumer/customised products value chain and along its overall life cycle also including the aftersale stage. 6. To provide a set of product service simulation models 7. To exploit semantic technologies for collect¬ing, understanding, and analysing customer expectations through social networks and HMI technologies
