Distributed Ship Guidance System:Integrating on shore sensors for accentuating beacon response signals local reinforcement /closed loop

We will deploy a working solution based on passive sensors and networkconfiguration for detecting radarsignals at 2sites N+D to test/design/develop components of the system with reference to emerging maritime standards/CPSE referencelabs and thus contribute to saving lives,ships,the bottom line/save costs and the environment at our waterways and coasts.The invention has intl.market potential,good coverage/IPRstanding and most importantly it works.How wellis waht we intend to the test at two representative sites. The purpose prephase PES2020 application is to ensure that we have the time and resources to quality assure the submission and ensure that all potential partners are on board to get the job done before deadline.We have stripped the former DSS application from MAROFF somewhat to a DSGSversionand we are aware of the generic nature and wide range of sec.derived applications from the radarssignals beyond mere presence/detection/adaption to local beacons along waterways.The radarsignals remains there and is deceptively simple to use for co-localisation and guiding purposes.Our MARTERA RIA has a dual purpose.In situ/reallife/research experiments will give clues to how to refine the system and sensors adding value to paying customers at preferred resolutions.Sensors are key to this and RIA will focus on synergies with beacons to improve/re-use these and the systems performance. We aim at a refined product atuned to local context and comp.with AIS and visualtracks.Raw/refdata will be re used in sensorssystem redesign to improve systems performance over over time in terms of robustness/power/ease-of-use/performance in experiments/situations/awareness/context dependent manner: Less than stable/missingAIS for a standalone backup system as to reduce risks and increase safety & security at coasts and waterways at home and internationally in a cost effective manner.We trust that information given in confidence remains so(crosslicense/investors/vestedinterest&IPwise
