We have fond a terror risk facing commercial airlines and passengers.. Our plan is to develop, test, patent and sell an alternative divice to be used in commercial aircrafts. This alternative valve will function identically to the one currently in use, except for one aspect: The main objectives of the feasibility study is to (a) ascertain that there are no regulatory, technical and/or other significant impediments for the exploitation of our product, and (b) to develop a prototype of the dvice In respect of (a) a preliminary review of the patentability of our innovation project has been successfully carried out. Further the company has made initial investigations as to the regulatory regime for products intended to be placed onboard an aircraft, including as to choice of material etc. Such investigations has thus far not lead to any adverse findings with respect to the commerciality of the product, but has impacted our strategic choices. Further investigations in this regard will be carried out. In respect of (b) a concept sketch was developed in 2016. By end of February 2017, the design of the prototype was finalised. The remaining parts of 2017 will be used to construct a series 0 prototype and perform rigorous testing. During the same period, we intend to patent the innovative idea. Once the device has been through testing, and the patent is secured, the next step pursuant to the business plan is to manufacture the device, and/or engage in a strategic partnership with one or several of the existing manufacturers.
