PROduction Method for IroNless ELectric motors

The main objective of Alva Industries is to industrialise a new and cost efficient production method for light and energy efficient electric motors targeting the unmanned aerial vehicles (UAV) market, and thereby empower Alva to take significant positions in this market. In the SME phase 1 proposal the main objective will be to develop a feasibility study supporting further industrialisation of the production method. The key challenges to be assessed by the project: * Ensure market fit of Alva's offering of electric motors through market analysis and market segmentation * Ensure access to market through assessment of value chains and identification of pilot customers * Access to risk finance for industrialisation through investor outreach * Ensure protection of intellectual property and enable freedom to operate
