PROduction Method for IroNless ELectric motors, phase 2

The main objective of Alva Industries is to industrialise a new and cost efficient production method for light and energy efficient electric motors targeting the unmanned aerial vehicles (UAV) market, and thereby empower Alva to take significant positions in this market. In the SME phase 2 proposal the main objective will be to develop a new prototype of the production jig. The goal of the improved jig is to further reduce the necessary manufacturing steps, increase throughput and replicability of the produced motors. Motors produced will be validated in collaboration with pilot customers.
