In the SME phase 1 project the main objective is to develop a feasibility study that provides support to Wiral's growth goals and that generates market insight that reduces the risks associated with industrialisation and commercialisation of the offering. The key challenges to be assessed by the project: * Ensure market fit of the offering and define viable pricing strategy. * Identify and describe value chains, identify pilot customers and relevant ambassadors/market-makers in selected market segments. * Ensure protection of intellectual property and enable freedom to operate.
