Integrated instrument for DNA damage detection and genotoxicity testing

In this EC project feasibility study will be carried out to improve our business and regulatory plan and to carry out partner search for realisation of our concept on developing new technology and equipment for detection of DNA damage in cultured cells, patients and environmental organisms. Our ultimate goal is to build a compact equipment to a large extend replacing traditional DNA testing laboratory. The most critical R&D challenges associated with the establishment of this project relate to finding the most optimal way of formulating the key innovations and market potential. The text should be illustrative and popular enough to be understood by experts with very different background and coming from various fields (business, technology and prototyping, toxicology, medical sciences etc), and at the same time it should contain all the complexity and scientific details necessary for full and comprehensive description of our inventions. We are fully committed to successful completion of the proposal and intend to dedicate as much time and effort as is needed.
