The project will deliver an industrial data platform that enables and facilitates trusted and secure sharing and trading of proprietary/commercial data assets with automated and robust controls on compliance (including automated contracting) of legal rights and fair remuneration of data owners.
The project provides all necessary infrastructure to establish a Data Market that considers the provision of
(i) data assets respecting trust and ethics, security and data sovereignty, data quality and interoperability, inter-domain exchangeability, as well as community aspects;
(ii) a DIaaS (Data Interaction as a Service) marketplace, respecting different implementation approaches for different data interaction and processing, technical-, legal- and organizational compliance, SLA in a multi-cloud environment and cross-layer monitoring for steering the data interaction;
(iii) an APP store listing data and knowledge-intensive novel applications for the PLM phases, considering the interoperability into legacy infrastructures;
(iv) a catalogue of reference processes and a PLM maturity roadmap providing consulting and consulting tools for industry that aim to improve their PLM via data -driven apps;
(v) contribution to the ISO 103030 standardization community, reflecting data, their interaction and deployment issues such as data formats (CIDOC, BD-DS, etc), workflow formats (BPMN plus) and deployment descriptions (TOSCA, CAMEL).
Each market place addressed by the project will result in a plug-in within the project. When sufficient content has been generated this will be handed over into existing marketplaces like: Data Market places, Open Data repositories, SaaS marketplaces, App Stores, EAM / Production catalogues, standardization bodies.
