NORSAR i Horisont 2020 - Rammebevilgning PES2020

NORSAR is planning to participate in four different Calls for Proposals in the last year of Horizon 2020: - Call name: Fast Track to Innovation (FTI) Project related to the implementation of a market-ready solution for liquefaction hazard and risk assessment. - Call name: Integrating and opening Research infrastructures of European interest The proposal for INFRAIA-02-2020 is a spin-off from the previous ARISE (Atmospheric Research Infrastructures in Europe) and ARISE2 project funded by Research and Innovation calls within the European Commission FP7 and Horizon 2020 programmes (grant agreements 284387 and 653980). In the upcoming project, multi-technology observations of the middle atmosphere dynamics will be integrated into atmospheric modelling frameworks, hence facilitating research and development related to numerical weather prediction and climate forecasting. - Call name: Protecting the infrastructure of Europe and the people in the European smart cities Project related to multi-hazard threats to railway infrastructure. - Call name: Building a low-carbon, climate-resilient future: secure, clean and efficient energy Project related to the storage of CO2 in geological reservoirs. In addition, NORSAR will participate in different positioning activities in 2020 towards Horizon Europe. NORSAR is a partner in the NORCCS Project (implentation of SET Plan for CCS) and will participate in the next FFA EU Committee meeting that will be held on the 3rd of June 2020.
