Product description including product novelty character, definition of unique selling definition, benefits and target customer definition. 2. Economic effects including international market analysis, international competition analysis, business model, definition of market entry, international sales organization, and sales and revenue planning. 3. Implementation plan including activities of the two project years, planning of measurable objectives and milestones. 4. Company descriptions including competences, resources and strategies.
