Under the main goal focus areas the U-space services, including supplementary U-space services, have the potential to increase aviation safety, manage ground risk and increase public acceptance. Being central to any Urban Air Mobility solution supplementary U-space services are one core element of this proposal. We propose the following activities. When we have decided on the final consortium, we can make a final selection, that fits the timeframe and budget of the project. The consortium has identified two different air taxi service concepts involving up to eight potential supplementary U-space services. Depending on the interests of the consortium members to be further discussed, we will select one or both air taxi ideas and a limited set of supplementary U- space services to be included in the project proposal. Particular emphasis should be addressed to potentially early urban air mobility services (e.g. for air medical emergencies, for safety & security services, for logistics, etc).
