PES for HEIC Radiation Sensor with ANN

State-of-the-art x-ray and gamma-ray detection systems rely on offline processing of pulse-heights or pulse-shapes which limits accuracy and reduces the speed. The project aims for accurate and fast real-time data processing with next-generation artificial neural networks using the signal waveforms acquired from the sensors. The objectives are the development of new data processing based on machine learning and artificial neural networks, the detector modelling and the development of electronic readout of signal waveforms for data processing by ML and ANN. The results will be knowledge how to design and fabricate the radiation sensor with artificial neural network.
