Feasibility study to evaluate OncoImmunity's immune profiling product

The purpose of the project is to determine whether OncoImmunity's proposed immune-profiling product is viable, and whether development activities should be initiated. In addition, the project will identify key risks and address how these will be mitigated. The project will evaluate the product on multiple levels as detailed below: Project Goals: 1. Technical goal: To evaluate whether the product is possible to develop from a technical perspective. 2. Commercial goal: To evaluate whether there is a clear market/customer need for the product. 3. Financial goal: To evaluate whether the product can make money and justify the required investment for development. 4. Resource goal: To evaluate the resources required to develop the product. Project Output: A feasibility report that details the findings from the above activities & provides: 1. Concise conclusions and a recommendation on whether the product should be developed. 2. Identification of the critical risks to the product/business and addresses how these will be mitigated: 3. A SWOT analysis capturing the key strength, weaknesses, opportunities & threats associated with the product. The project will be split into 5 key work packages: 1. The technical assessment 2. The commercial assessment 3. The financial assessment 4. The resource assessment 5. The feasibility assessment & report The most important challenges will be to map the intellectual property landscape to ensure OncoImmunity has freedom-to-operate (technical challenge), identify the customer base and optimal marketing strategy, and map out the current and future competitive landscapes (commercial challenges), identify an optimal business model (financial challenge) and map-out the resource requirements for product development (resource challenges).
